Privacy
This notice explains what personal data arnitek.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Arnitek EOOD is the controller of the personal data described here.
The contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. We also record the IP address the request came from, to limit abuse: it is used to count messages per connection for one hour and is included in the message we receive.
The message is delivered by Resend, our email provider, to Arnitek's inbox. We use it only to reply to you and to handle your request.
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request.
Spam protection
Pages with the contact form use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. Turnstile runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare the signals it needs for that check.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you accept the cookie banner, the site loads PostHog analytics, hosted in the European Union. It records the pages you visit and how you use them, and may record sessions as replays. PostHog's default settings mask what you type into form fields in those replays. If you decline or make no choice, PostHog is not loaded.
Cookies and storage
arnitek-consentin your browser's local storage remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics.- PostHog's
ph_*cookies and local storage entries (and its__ph_*consent entry) are set only after you accept.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page at any time. Declining stops analytics and removes PostHog's cookies and storage from your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, a copy in a portable form, or for its use to be restricted, and you can object to its use. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
